FSH NEWS, 2nd Floor Theater Room – The Student Association of the Constitutional Law Department (Siyasah) of the Faculty of Shariah at UIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon conducted a comparative study visit to the Student Association of the Constitutional Law Study Program (Siyasah) of the Faculty of Shariah and Law at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta to learn from each other in organizational matters.

Dr. Afwan Faizin, M.A., as the Vice Dean for Administration, welcomed the arrival of the HMJ HTN UIN Cirebon students accompanied by the Secretary of the Constitutional Law Department (Siyasah), Jefik Zulfikar Hafizd, M.H. "Welcome HTN UIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon students to the Faculty of Sharia and Law UIN Jakarta, we hope to further enhance our collaboration and that this visit can realize our synergy," hoped Dr. Afwan during the morning visit today (Tuesday, 15/10/2024).

This benchmarking activity is one of the Department's programs in realizing the tridharma of higher education. "Thank you for the very warm welcome, we still have a lot to learn from the Faculty of Sharia and Law at UIN Jakarta because we ourselves are still a Faculty of Sharia with all Islamic law majors," said Jefik Zulfikar Hafizd, M.H., accompanying the board of the HMJ Constitutional Law (Siyasah) UIN Syek Nurjati Cirebon.

Campus Internal Organizations certainly become a space for students to learn many things outside the classroom, including developing and honing soft skills such as time management, teamwork, and problem-solving for every issue encountered in the activities conducted. "We want to be able to discuss how organizational activities can be implemented, how to solve problems effectively, and to discover new knowledge and ideas to develop HMJ activities," said Reyhan Adam, the Head of the Comparative Study of HMPS HTN UIN Jakarta and HMJ HTN UIN Cirebon.

Next, a discussion was held between the HMPS and HMJ administrators, including the discussion of activities that could be collaborated on and developed. "HMPS HTN has received visits from students of Universiti Malaya Malaysia twice as a form of realizing the Faculty's Internationalization vision and mission," said Maulana Ray Zidan, Head of HMPS HTN (Siyasah) UIN Jakarta.
