UIN Jakarta Leadership Meeting: Faculties Develop Five-Year Roadmap
FSH News, Main Meeting Room – The leadership of UIN Jakarta held a leadership meeting, chaired directly by the Rector, Prof. Asep Saepudin Jahar, M.A., Ph.D. The agenda of the meeting included preparations for the 2025 work meeting, the progress of the green campus program, budget absorption, preparations for international accreditation, faculty program updates, and publication counts (Wednesday, December 4, 2024).
Several outcomes were reported from the meeting. The total budget absorption reached 82%, with the Faculty of Syariah and Law (FSH) achieving 99.9% absorption for BOPTN and 87% for BLU. The green campus program continues to progress, with electric vehicles now in operation. Vehicle access within the campus will be restricted. FSH Dean Prof. Muhammad Maksum proposed the creation of a pedestrian corridor linking the parking area at Triguna Field with all faculties, allowing the academic community to choose either electric vehicles or walking.
The work meeting for 2025 is planned for early February 2025. Furthermore, the meeting decided that each faculty should prepare a strategic plan for 2025-2029, along with a development roadmap for the faculty during this period. Faculty management will be based on long-term, medium-term, and short-term plans, ensuring that the programs continue regardless of leadership changes.[LFM]
