FSH NEWS, Madya Meeting Room – The second day of the international accreditation visit by the Accreditation, Certification, and Quality Assurance Institute (ACQUIN) at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, took place on Friday, January 31, 2025. The event proceeded smoothly and was met with great enthusiasm from the entire academic community.

On this second day, the assessors conducted interviews with various stakeholders, including faculty members, students, administrative staff, alumni, and alumni employers. These interviews aimed to gain deeper insights into the academic quality and faculty management in alignment with international accreditation standards.

Throughout the visit, faculty and program leaders remained actively involved, providing full support to ensure a smooth assessment process by the ACQUIN evaluation team. The interviews and discussion sessions continued into the evening, yet the academic community of FSH maintained high enthusiasm and dedication throughout the process.

The Dean of the Faculty of Sharia and Law, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Maksum, S.H., M.A., MDC, expressed his strong hope that the six study programs undergoing international accreditation would achieve unconditional accreditation status.

"We hope that the six study programs at FSH currently undergoing the accreditation process will achieve the best possible outcome—unconditional international accreditation. This will serve as concrete proof of FSH’s unwavering commitment to enhancing academic excellence and producing high-quality graduates on a global scale," he stated.

This international accreditation process is part of FSH UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta's broader efforts to enhance academic competitiveness and ensure that its educational quality meets global standards. The visit’s outcomes are expected to have a positive impact on institutional development and further strengthen the competitiveness of its graduates in the international arena.
