FSH NEWS, 2nd Floor Theater – The Faculty of Sharia and Law (FSH) at UIN Jakarta officially opened the National Law Debate, organized in collaboration with Integrity Law Firm. This prestigious event welcomed participants from top universities across Indonesia, further solidifying UIN Jakarta’s position in the national and international academic arena.

In his opening remarks, Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Kamarusdiana, M.H., emphasized the importance of the event as a platform for legal discourse and academic excellence.

“We hope this debate serves not just as a competition but as an intellectual forum that fosters critical thinking and a deeper understanding of the law for all participants,” he stated (Wednesday, 05/02/2025).

The event’s organization received strong support from FSH UIN Jakarta alumni, who actively contributed to policy planning and technical execution to ensure a smooth and successful competition. Their presence as mentors and advisors highlights their commitment to enhancing academic quality at their alma mater.

The competition features teams from Indonesia’s top universities, many of which regularly compete in national legal debate tournaments. UIN Jakarta itself has consistently ranked among the top 10 universities in national legal debate competitions, reflecting its growing academic competitiveness and excellence.

This national law debate aims to nurture future legal scholars and practitioners who excel not only in intellect but also in integrity and professional ethics.
