FSH NEWS, LKBH – The Head of the Legal Consultation and Assistance Institute (LKBH) at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, UIN Jakarta, Mustolih Siradj, S.H.I., M.H., CLA, welcomed Mr. AB, a resident of East Jakarta, who visited to seek legal consultation regarding the legal status of adopted children and the position of a will that had been notarized. The consultation took place at the LKBH office, located on the ground floor of the Faculty of Sharia and Law building, on Monday, January 6, 2025.

During the session, the Head of LKBH, Mustolih Siradj, accompanied by legal staff, delivered a detailed and comprehensive explanation of the issues raised, addressing them from both the perspectives of Islamic law and state law. The discussion lasted over two hours.
