Integrity Scholarship IV National Legal Debate Final and Constitutional Discussion
FSH NEWS, Harun Nasution Auditorium – The final round of the National Law Debate – Integrity Scholarship IV, held in collaboration with the Faculty of Sharia and Law (FSH) at UIN Jakarta, concluded successfully. This prestigious event featured renowned legal experts as judges, including Zainal Arifin Mochtar (Constitutional Law Expert, UGM), Titi Anggraini (Perludem Advisory Board), Prof. Denny Indrayana (Senior Partner at Integrity Law Firm and Constitutional Law Professor), Prof. Muhammad Maksum (Dean of FSH UIN Jakarta), and Raziv Barokah (Senior Associate at Integrity Law Firm).
In this highly competitive debate, Ahmad Reihan Thoriq from UPNVJ emerged as the champion, while Suryanto from UNDIP secured second place, and Insan Kamil from UNSRI took third place. The judges highly commended their sharp legal arguments and analytical skills.
Following the debate final, the event continued with the Integrity Constitutional Discussion #15, themed “The Face of Law in the New Government: Between Hope and Reality.” This discussion featured Prof. Jilmy Asshiddiqie (Constitutional Law Professor at UI) and Rocky Gerung (Political Analyst). They examined the challenges and opportunities in law enforcement under the new administration, emphasizing the role of academics and legal practitioners in shaping national legal policies (Thursday, 06/02/2025).
The event was attended by Prof. Ali Munhanif, Vice Rector for Student Affairs, who delivered an inspirational speech. UIN Jakarta Rector, Prof. Asep Saepudin Jahar, M.A., Ph.D., officially opened the event, highlighting the growing legal challenges in Indonesia, particularly in environmental and humanitarian issues.
