HMPS HES National Seminar: "Improving Ecosystems, Sharia Economics, and Finance"
FSH News, 2nd Floor Theater Room - As part of the Sharia Economic Law Fair, HMPS HES held a national seminar on entrepreneurship in the 2nd Floor Theater of the Faculty of Sharia and Law building. The event was opened with remarks from the Deputy Dean III, Prof. Dr. Kamarusdiana, M.H. (Thursday, 26/09/2024).
Dr. Sutan Emir Hidayat, MBA, a representative from KNEKS, delivered the keynote speech at the event. He discussed the SGIE initiative and highlighted Indonesia’s potential as the largest Muslim country to become a leading halal producer in the world. “We hope that everyone here can become agents of change and help Indonesia become the number one halal producer globally,” he said in his speech.
The first speaker, Mr. Kresna Wasedanto, S.H., Commissioner of Raya Pinang Group, shared his entrepreneurial insights. “When starting a business, it’s essential to identify a field that aligns with your passion,” he advised. He also shared his personal entrepreneurial experience, emphasizing that “with the right collaboration and synergy, any entrepreneurial venture can succeed.”
The second speaker was Mrs. Lyza Raessy Zainuddin, an entrepreneur in the culinary field. She shared valuable tips on marketing a business based on her experience in running a culinary venture. She discussed topics such as identifying business opportunities, targeting the right market, and how to create an attractive business presentation. “To start a business, there must always be opportunities, and never be afraid,” she advised.
The final speaker, Edy Fajar Prasetyo, S.P., CEO of PT Seantero Buni Sejahtera and an alumnus of UIN Jakarta, motivated the young attendees and provided tips on starting a business. “We must develop soft skills that set us apart from others,” he said, offering practical advice.[LFM]
