The event, held on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, was attended by representatives from educational institutions, legal organizations, and the general public. FSH UIN Jakarta actively participated in the discussion session, raising a critical question regarding disparities in court rulings on electronic evidence and their implications for judicial reform.

A representative from FSH UIN Jakarta asked:
"How does the Supreme Court address disparities in court rulings regarding electronic evidence, and what steps will be taken to ensure consistency and legal certainty in support of judicial reform?"

In response, Dr. Riki Perdana Raya Waruwu acknowledged the serious challenge posed by inconsistent rulings. He explained, "The Supreme Court is aware of these disparities and is currently working on clearer guidelines and standards for the use of electronic evidence. Establishing uniformity in rulings is essential to strengthening public trust in the judiciary."

The 2025 Supreme Court Legal Village event served as a platform for young people to contribute to the development of a fair and transparent judicial system. FSH UIN Jakarta remains committed to supporting and actively participating in initiatives aimed at increasing public awareness of legal and judicial issues.[EEA]
