FSH News, Madya Meeting Room – The Faculty of Sharia and Law (FSH) provided a free eye health check-up for faculty members and the entire academic community as part of its initiative to support the well-being of FSH staff at UIN Jakarta.

The free eye health check-up, supported by Rhama Optik, included a physical eye examination, muscle movement tests, visual acuity tests (refraction tests), and field of vision assessments. These eye examinations are crucial to ensure the health and proper function of the eyes. In addition to medical exams, maintaining eye health can be supported by consuming plenty of nutritious fruits and vegetables, especially those rich in vitamin A, avoiding smoking, and engaging in regular physical activity.[LFM]
