FSH Produces Top Graduates: Here Are the Tips and Tricks

FSH News, 2nd Floor Theater Room – The Graduation Ceremony and Yudisium for the 132nd batch of graduates from the Faculty of Sharia and Law UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta took place ahead of their graduation on Saturday and Sunday, June 8-9, 2024. This year's Yudisium carried the theme: "Realizing a Progressive Generation Towards Global Recognition."

Moh. Angga Dwi Fachrul Yahya, S.H., a student of Constitutional Law (Siyasah), was crowned as the best graduate of the Faculty of Sharia and Law with a GPA of 3.97 (Cum Laude). He shared his tips and strategies for achieving an excellent GPA throughout his studies. "My choice to study at the Faculty of Sharia and Law UIN Syarif Hidayatullah was not without reason. There are many factors that influenced my decision, such as the many alumni active in the world of activism, highly capable lecturers, and the numerous awards UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta has achieved," said Angga during his speech and in sharing tips to become a top graduate at the Yudisium event (Thursday, June 6, 2024).

FSH also celebrated non-academic achievements among its graduates. 13 graduates stood out for their accomplishments outside of academics, including those who volunteered, excelled in religious activities, and contributed to humanitarian causes.

The Dean of the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Maksum, S.H., M.A., MDC, shared guidance on producing competent and socially – minded graduates. It is undeniable that the alumni of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, particularly from the Faculty of Sharia and Law, are well-known in the community and carry a unique value compared to other students.

He also motivated the graduates, urging them to always bring pride to their alma mater, as it serves as a reminder wherever and whenever they are. He emphasized that FSH graduates must possess noble character, strong ethics, and create positive change in society.

  • Tubagus Farhan Maulana, S.H. (Family Law) – GPA 3.94 (Cum Laude)
  • Sifa Alfyyah Asathin, S.H. (Law) – GPA 3.92 (Cum Laude)
  • Adinda Octavianty, S.H. (Islamic Criminal Law) – GPA 3.84 (Cum Laude)
  • Raghib Muhammad Sakho, S.H. (Comparative Fiqh) – GPA 3.79 (Cum Laude)
  • Elyana Eka Febrianti, S.H. (Sharia Economic Law) – GPA 3.77 (Cum Laude)
  • Siti Ida Farida, M.H. (Master’s in Sharia Economic Law) – GPA 3.93 (Very Satisfactory)
  • Ayi Abdurrahman Sayani, M.H. (Master’s in Family Law) – GPA 3.93 (Very Satisfactory)[LFM]
