FSH Leadership Coordination Meeting: Discussing Finalisation of Scheduling to Faculty Internationalisation
FSH NEWS, Madya Meeting Room – The Faculty of Sharia and Law (FSH) once again held its weekly leadership coordination meeting, which takes place every Tuesday. The meeting was attended by the Dean, Vice Deans, Heads and Secretaries of Study Programs, Head of the Laboratory, and the Quality Assurance Team. Several strategic agendas were discussed to ensure the smooth operation of academic activities and the continuous improvement of the faculty’s quality (Tuesday, 04/02/2025).
One of the main topics discussed was the finalization of the course schedule for the upcoming semester. This scheduling process is a top priority to ensure effective lectures and the availability of teaching staff according to the needs of each study program.
Additionally, the meeting addressed important notes on the reaccreditation of the Master’s Program in Family Law (MHK) and Legal Studies (IH). To maintain and enhance accreditation quality, the faculty will add full-year data from the latest academic year (TS) to meet the requirements set by the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BANPT).
Another key discussion point was the faculty’s flagship research proposals, which were submitted by the Faculty Research Advisory Board to the Quality Assurance Institute (LPM) at UIN Jakarta. These flagship research projects are expected to make a significant contribution to the development of Sharia and legal studies while also supporting the faculty’s academic excellence.
Internationalization efforts were also a major focus in this meeting, especially following the faculty’s participation in the international accreditation process by the Accreditation, Certification, and Quality Assurance Institute (ACQUIN). FSH continues to work towards expanding international collaborations and enhancing academic competitiveness on a global scale.
Through these regular coordination meetings, the Faculty of Sharia and Law reaffirms its commitment to continuous evaluation and development in various aspects, ensuring progress toward its vision and mission as a leading higher education institution at both national and international levels.[LFM]
