FSH News, Harun Nasution Auditorium – UIN Syarif Hidayatullah held its 135th graduation ceremony over two days, on Saturday and Sunday, February 22–23, 2024. The Faculty of Sharia and Law (FSH) was scheduled for Saturday, with a total of 172 graduates. The Dean, Prof. Muhammad Maksum, was responsible for shifting the tassels, while the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Prof. Mesraini, presented diplomas to the graduates.

This graduation ceremony marked remarkable achievements by FSH graduates. The award for the Best Undergraduate Thesis at UIN Jakarta in the field of Humanities/Islamic Studies was earned by Alia Putri Permatasari from the Comparative Madhhab Program, under the leadership of Dr. Siti Hana (Head of Program) and Dr. Mufidah (Deputy Head of Program). Her thesis, titled "An Analysis of the Limits of Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) ChatGPT in Determining Islamic Law: A Comparative Study of the Views of Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah Scholars," secured her this prestigious recognition.

Additionally, the Best Graduate of FSH was Ananda Mardhotillah from the Family Law Program, which is led by Dr. Rosdiana (Head of Program) and Ali Mansur, MA (Deputy Head of Program). She achieved an outstanding GPA of 3.99 and was also recognized as an FSH Ambassador.[MM]
