FSH News, Madya Meeting Room – The leadership and administrative staff of the Faculty of Sharia and Law (FSH) held a "Jum’at Kolaboratif" meeting to maintain unity and commitment toward improving performance in providing services to stakeholders.

Prof. Dr. Muhammad Maksum, S.H., M.A., MDC., the Dean of FSH, emphasized the importance of continuous learning and improving technical competencies. “Since FSH has embarked on the internationalization program, we will provide language competency training for administrative staff to better serve international students,” Prof. Maksum stated, addressing the entire FSH staff (Friday, 02/08/2024).

This performance improvement is crucial for the national assessment of the Integrity Zone (ZI WBK) by the Ministry of State Apparatus Utilization and Bureaucratic Reform (Menpan RB), a program FSH has been participating in since 2022. “By continuously improving our performance, we show our responsibility as employees, and through the ZI WBK assessment, we can evaluate how far we have come in implementing bureaucratic reforms and achieving a corruption-free zone,” emphasized Dr. Afwan Faizin, M.A., Vice Dean for General Administration.

FSH’s commitment to the ZI WBK assessment, which it has been participating in for some time, has received positive feedback from the UIN Jakarta academic community, as it has a significant impact on improving performance and fostering a positive work culture that sets a good example.
